"Check-in was easy, and quick. Room was clean. Whirlpool was closed.. it was fine until everyone got in their rooms. Kids were loud lots of thumping. Ceiling leaking in the main lobby. But other than that. All was good. Thanks for the stay!"

"We booked our room the beginning of December and was surprised to find that the pool was closed. A pool was a necessity for our stay, and I found this one using the pool filter when searching. "

"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation"
