"The Highlights: Outstanding staff service made our stay truly memorable. Hannah expertly resolved a first-night room issue by coordinating with the Manager for a seamless room change. Thao provided exceptional help at both the R Bar and buffet breakfast service. Our spacious room featured a separate bedroom, main bathroom, lounge area, visitors’ toilet, and two balconies – one overlooking the pool, another with stunning ocean views to Cham Island. The complimentary shuttle to Hoi An town (20+ minutes away) was very convenient, and the extensive breakfast buffet was excellent. Minor Notes: Resort dining runs slightly higher in cost than expected, though quality justifies the pricing. Bottom Line: Exceptional accommodation with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The beautiful room, convenient amenities, and extraordinary service easily outweigh any minor cost considerations."

"Pros: The hotel is very new, clean and nice. The service of the staffs was excellent. The food quality was good. Cons: There’s a casino and KTV (with girls…) inside the hotel. You can smell the cigarette once you go in the hotel, and there were guests smoking inside the hotel while walking. Lucky that we were not staying at that wing. And the location of the hotel is quite far away from the city, airport or any of the scenic spots."

"Very satisfying stay with good foods, beach and pool. Good restaurant and good pool bar. Spa is very relaxing. Free transportation to Hoi An old city. Nothing special found surroundings of this hotel so that everything is completed in this hotel. Nice hospitality of the staffs. Beach view room is spacious enough and satisfying. We has hot water problem in the room but was fixed just in 1 hour. Would like to come back again for relaxing vacation."

"From the moment we arrived, Coco River and their staff was perfect for our family. The staff from reception, security, restaurant and housekeeping were lovely and provided exceptional service which cannot be faulted. They made us feel great and provided an exceptional level of experience. The hotel itself is a great base and has a great swimming pool area, as well as clean and large rooms and we felt so welcomed and at home, we actually cancelled other accomodation and extended our stay twice because of the experience we had. There were comments prior to going that we read about location, but honestly this wasn’t an issue. Yea, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but as a family we were happy to take a 5-10 minute grab to the main “touristy” parts of Hoi An. There is also multiple restaurants/food options, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee shops and motorbike rental within 400m of the resort so was nice to get a respite from the madness of Hoi An which can be overwhelming. In saying that, we will be back here and will recommend the hotel to anyone considering Hoi An, especially those with younger children as it was perfect for what we needed."

"Property was super good. A bit far from Hoi An and Da Nang but you can rent a scooter or a shuttle bus. Breakfast was great and the service was super. Definitely worth visiting"
