"This is our third trip to Danang this year, and since we stayed at the Marriott Danang the last two times, so we decided to stay in Hoi An at your resort this time. This resort is better than Marriott Danang in terms of facility, food, cleaniness, and the amazing/caring staffs who went out of their way to help us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the Ocean-view suite on the 4th floor, and the room was roomy, clean and the view was spetacular overlooking Danang and the beach. But we have a small issue. The hallway leading from the elevator to our room had an "odor". It was like an "ammonia" smell? Not sure how to decribe it. Maybe someone pissed or threw up in the hallway, and although the hotel clean up the carpet, but the smell was still there. And there were "SCENT OIL" lamps in the hallway (I even have photos of this interesting decor). I think maybe a new carpet may do the job. Again, we really enjoy our stay and will be back again in a few months, and we will stay in the same suite. But I hope the "smelly" issue will be remedied when we are back in a few months."

So glad we stayed in HoiAn beach area rather than DaNang. Old town a very easy grab ride away and we went in most days and to enjoy the markets and night lantern vibes. "A true home away from home Pomelo Garden Boutique Villa was one of the most memorable stays of our one-month trip through Vietnam. We travelle from the south to the north as a family and ended up loving this place so much, we returned for another two nights at the end of our Hue stay. Hoi and Vy were the warmest, most accommodating hosts we encountered. They went above and beyond to cater to our vegan diet, and Hoi was incredibly helpful in organizing tours and giving local tips. When our flight to Da Nang was delayed by 7 hours and we arrived at 2am, they still welcomed us with such kindness and understanding. The villa itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Our kids especially loved the pool. It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride to Hoi An Old Town, and the locals were always happy to help if we needed directions. What truly made this stay special was the personal care. On our way to Hue, Hoi gave us such great advice on what to see that we ended up deciding to return to Pomelo instead of staying in Da Nang. Hoi arranged a private driver to pick us up from Hue with scenic stops at Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass, and Marble Mountain—at a very reasonable price. She even organized a private tour to Mỹ Sơn the next day. When we returned, my daughters were overjoyed. It felt like coming home. I can’t recommend this place enough—the comfort, the hospitality, and the genuine warmth of Hoi and Vy made Hoi An unforgettable. "
