Incredible buffet breakfast, the sweetest staff who were so accommodating. Two pools, lots of fun things to do locally. They even organised free shuttle buses to go see sites. Dont pass on this incredible hotel!

From the moment we checked in, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose from. Cocktails were delicious. Big thank you to Luna being very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Hoi An.

Awesome hotel in Hoi An.

From check in to check out the stay the service was beyond special. Lily went out of her way to see to our needs. Tom in the restaurant was very accommodating and helpful. The best hotel in Vietnam and I will definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway with a Touch of Luxury

The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

The hotel breakfast was very nice and the staff ie nancy and ame where very friendly and on point every morning the receptionist luna was also very friendly and helpful we had a spa afternoon in the hotel and the girls in the spa sara,sam,vy and Cheryl where excellent would defo visit again the hotel is one of the best we've stayed in

Kathy was fantastic! She welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. Super friendly staff especially Amie and Jessi. They went above and beyond. Rooms were well appointed and the daily cakes and biscuits were a lovely touch. Both pools were nice, but potentially a few my sun loungers are required for busier periods. Breakfast was incredible and amazing variety. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Hoi An.

Rooms were gorgeous Jessi was amazing to help in every possible way Spa treatments by Sami was also exceptional Just breakfast was plentiful but lacked a bit of flavour sometimes and the jaccuzi in spa is a cold water one. Steam room and sauna were great. However amazing experience with free shuttlebus etc. Staff really make this place incredible

Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

Nice and clean room with stable wifi and smart TV. Good breakfast spread. Play area with colouring activities for kids. Staff from housekeeping to bellboys are all very personable and helpful, especially Lily whom we could Whatspp-text for info and massage bookings, and also Nancy who is very hospitable. In-house massage was one of the best I’ve had that we had daily appointments! 10-15 mins drive to Ancient Town, 10-15 mins drive to Hoi A Memories Land, 30 mins drive to VinWonders, 5 mins walk to local market. Highly recommended for a cozy and comfortable stay in Hoi An!

The hotel in general and our room in particular were absolutely lovely. The staff were attentive and always helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was excellent, huge choice of options, the only small niggle being the extra charge for a European-style coffee (but that was still very cheap). In terms of design, I'm not a fan of the bathroom being separated from the bedroom by just a curtain - I wouldn't even want that with a partner, and it seems even less sensible when it's a twin room - but we knew about that before booking, and it really wasn't an issue. In terms of location, it's not the most central, but once we discovered that a taxi was only about £2, we ceased to worry. Hoi An itself is a delightful place to spend time, and we'd also recommend the day trip to the old capital of Hue. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
