5 Stars all the way. We had a wonderful stay at the Little Oasis. Private, quiet and peaceful. Staff go the extra mile all the time. Always friendly and connected to all guests. thank you to Julia, Alice, Hank and Ezara for making our stay so memorable. Also thankyou for the wonderful room setup on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will miss watching the buffalo at breakfast!

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at during our 4 weeks in Vietnam. Staff is super friendly and helpful. You feel like part of the Little Oasis family from day one. Free bikes to use, and free shuttle service to/from Old Town and the beach. Location is outside city center but we found that very relaxing and the view from the pool area is beautiful overlooking the river. Breakfast is super good with all you can wish for. Room was extremely clean and new and modern.

The spaciousness of the room, the quality of the hospitality and customer service was great, top of the top! Salome I think is the manager and she was lovely to chat with while having breakfast. She told us about the Japanese Cultural Exchange Festival that was happening in town and we stumbled upon it and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and amenities for bathroom always replenished with clean ones. Staff were very friendly. On our last night, we had an unwanted guest (looked like a spider) clinging on the ceiling. We were able to get rid of it.

We had a wonderful four-day stay at the Little Oasis as part of a longer visit to Central Vietnam - my third visit to the country including past visits to both the North and the South. I find Vietnam a mixed bag aside from the delightful people and their clear understanding of the ‘boutique hotel’ model. Everything positive to say about the way this hotel presented itself was on full display. Outstanding service with many staff calling you by name, coffee orders remembered in the morning and proactively offered. You know, all the small touches that those who know a fine hotel readily see at the Little Oasis. General Manager Salome a fixture over breakfast every morning, adeptly working the room to make sure everything was perfect. And it was. The givens: hotel was sparkling clean in all common areas and guest rooms, staff gracious and friendly and always willing to help with all requests, housekeeping constantly offering to refresh the bathroom throughout the day and refresh bottled water (Hoi An required three showers per day during our visit 😂), breakfast offerings were well presented and made to order coffee available your request. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay at Little Oasis. Hoi An, while lovely is crazy busy with tourists (hotel has great shuttle bus). Little Oasis is far away enough away from the craze while having suitable local markets, atm, etc. within walking distance. Bonus is the government owned farm visible from breakfast and sel

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous scenery. The only negative was the noise from the cockerels at 4am! The staff were so helpful and service was great from every single person. Room was very spacious and clean.

We had booked for a week , but the hotel and management were so lovely we stayed 7 weeks , the breakfast was good , the pools and gym were nice , the rooms were comfortable, the only downside it is hard to walk around that is not the hotel fault , but hoi an there not many side walks , and if they there is side walks the scooters park on them , one of the best hotels we have stayed in hoi an , thank you everyone that made a stay special.

Great stay.

The stay was lovely. We were close to everything we wanted to see. It was super comfortable and everyone was so nice. They let us check out an extra 3 hours due to our travel, couldnt be more accommodating. We had several spa treatments, body wrap, scrub, massage, pedicure, even a massage for my 9 year old with me. Really professional and good price. Cluldnt recommend more, we were sad to go.

Ezra the food manager was outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. The food selection and the fruit artistry were excellent. Overall service in the hotel is excellent. The bank (ATM)is close to the hotel. No complaints. Free shuttle service to ancient city and to a bang beach.

Lovely Place for some downtime

Great hotel, quite remote but quite nice to relax and for some down time. Shared pool which was very quiet, unfortunately when it was cloudy they decided to clean it so it only got to use one day, no issues really. Our room was really nice, the air conditioning unit was broken/dripping like crazy, they gave us a towel to stop the flooding but the noise of the dripping was slightly annoying. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Little Oasis Hoi An was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming every time we entered the building. Check-in was easy and seamless. We were impressed by all the services available at the hotel including the day spa with easy, quick bookings and pool bar. Breakfast was amazing. Full international buffet breakfast with so many amazing things on offer. Many of the staff speak very good English and are very helpful to answer questions about the local area and book tours for us. A great experience! We hope to return again soon!

10/10 Amazing service and beautiful place!

Deserves its 10/10! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amaaaazing breakfast… I can’t say enough good things! The front desk AND kitchen staff have been kind and patient even when it was so crowded. They go above and beyond for the guests. A big thank you all! One only improvement area : the luggage storage, they offer to keep your luggage and I left mine with my passport, money etc, I found out at the end of the day that it was placed outside by the open door of the hotel with no direct surveillance… surely there is a better way to store them.
