The hotel is absolutely lovely – the best of all the hotels on our trip around Vietnam – and we received the warmest welcome: over a cup of tea, they explained everything to us about the hotel and the tours in perfect English. The only thing is that booking the tours at the hotel is much more expensive, but that’s up to you. (We paid 3,000 for the lantern tour, whereas booking it directly costs 1,500.) The staff are so attentive; they’re constantly asking, ‘How are you?’, ‘How’s your day going?’, it almost seems a bit too good to be true! But they really are all incredibly helpful! I’d definitely stay here again and I hope so !

Beautiful little boutique hotel with a great pool that was like a home away from home. Just on the edge of Old Town so an easy walk or short grab ride. Breakfast is 'alfresco' so could be improved with covers over food to stop pastries drying out and better coffee. Highly recommend and our most favourite stay of our Vietnam trip.

The staff here is amazing! The breakfast is good the pool is nice and the rooms are clean! I thought I left something behind so I reached out to the hotel, the dig through the trash to find my left behind item. 12/10 would recommend staying here!

A beautiful boutique hotel with helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, delicious breakfast, we used the pool every afternoon to cool off and we walked everywhere in Old Town Hoi An. We are a family of 4 and booked the 2 bedroom(connecting rooms), and the rooms were very comfortable, and well appointed.

This was our first time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and we had a view of the bridge that changed colors at night. It is a short walk to the markets and river area. Everyone is friendly and the food is good in their restaurant.

This was the nicest hotel, we stayed in while travelling through Vietnam. The room was large, clean and lovely. I would certainly stay again. I would love to bring my wife and children next time. The location was fantastic. The staff was lovely and an amazing breakfast every day. Yes you can get more luxurious hotels but for the price that we paid which I think was very, very good. I’m extremely happy overall.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were spotless, the staff were fantastic and the amenities were great. The location is also very good, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. There are bikes available for free too. The breakfast was fine, pretty standard. Overall, an amazing place to stay!

Incredible staff, and a great hotel. Well worth the money. We were there during the flood and the staff were incredibly helpful and because of them, we enjoyed our stay despite the significant flooding outside. They were extremely attentive and helpful.
