El Conquistador Resort

"Te lo organizaría como un review equilibrado y constructivo, resaltando todo lo que disfrutaron, pero dejando muy claras las oportunidades de mejora, especialmente en El Cafecito. También evitaría describir físicamente a los empleados; es más efectivo señalar el área y la conducta. Nuestra estadía en El Conquistador Resort fue, en términos generales, una experiencia muy buena. El hotel tiene muchísimo que ofrecer y definitivamente disfrutamos nuestra visita en familia. A nivel de instalaciones, nos encantó el resort, sus áreas de entretenimiento, las piscinas y el bar de la piscina. La experiencia en Palomino fue espectacular: desde el traslado en las lanchas hasta la amabilidad del personal y todo lo que ofrece el área. También disfrutamos muchísimo la piscina de niños con los juegos acuáticos. En las noches, el ambiente del bar, la música y el grupo en vivo fueron excelentes. La pasamos realmente muy bien. Quiero destacar especialmente nuestra experiencia en el restaurante Okinawa. Para nosotros fue de lo mejor de la estadía: excelente atención, comida, amabilidad y una muy buena relación entre precio y experiencia. Definitivamente regresaríamos. En La Esquina, aunque la comida estuvo buena y merece ser reconocida, nuestra experiencia con el servicio no fue la mejor. Éramos una familia de seis personas y nos indicaron que, por procedimiento, no podían unir las mesas, por lo que tuvimos que comer separados. Como alternativa nos ofrecieron sentarnos afuera"

"Buena opción para quedarse. Relajarse y sobre todo desconectarse. El hotel es muy bueno, fuimos en temporada baja y habían cosas que no operaban regularmente como por ejemplo cerraba el bar o el restaurante estaba menú limitado pero en general la experiencia súper. Recomiendo llamar antes y confirmar si está operando todo y de seguro será una estadía perfecta"
