"This is the second time I have stayed at this amazing property. Very nice host. Fantastic communication. The property is immaculate and has everything there. Very close to town and shops and public transport. Very homely and peaceful. No road noises. I will be coming back next year. "Great location, so convenient to get around, city tram is literally downstairs, easy to catch buses to airport too (#8 and #29) and will definitely stay here again.
Staff are very friendly and helpful; love the welcome drink at the bar; lovely greeting card and sweet macaroons in the room on arrival.
Tip - politely request the room facing the stadium, and you will be amazed with the view.

"We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located hotel. We didn't have a car and we could walk to Cathedral Square, New Regent Street, Te Pae Convention Centre, Hagley Park, restaurants, etc. Our room was clean, spacious, and well--equipped. The hotel has a gym and small cafe. Highly recommend!"
