"The breakfast was fresh. The room was overall clean. They seriously need to clean or replace the couches. The couch I had was filthy under the the pillows. The staff when checking in was pleasant. One cleaning lady was very kind. The others were not. If you go during the winter season don’t expect the snow to be cleared in front of the hotel. The cleaning people were loads one morning. Woke me up before 8, with the noise in the hallway. This should be required! Maintenance could have shoveled and cleared the entrance. Honestly the breakfast should have been included. "

"All staff we encountered were friendly and approachable, right from the moment we checked in. Our room was spacious enough to 3 adults and included a TV, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and mini bar (payable). We had use of the spa included which was lovely, we sat in the outdoor hot tub as it got dark and the temperature outside plummeted to -4. What an experience! Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food although it did get busy early on as everyone heads out on tours around 8. We would definitely return!"
