"This was a beautiful property, with the best staff! Everyone was kind and helpful. Clean, clean, clean! They have lifeguards on staff too. My suggestions to perfect it so I’d return… please have complimentary black coffee & tea. There is no coffee in rooms or in the vestibule, you must purchase at Starbucks. Pool bar wasn’t open, dining options were very limited, especially for kids. A shame to not have pool day snacks & drinks. Emily up front was very helpful as was EVERYONE. Rachel at Starbucks was amazing, busting those orders out so fast, she was so kind, and knowledgable. Overall 10/10, just need to improve food & drink options."

"Eco friendliness… had to think how to best answer such vague terminology, as there is no obvious eco friendly commonality such as advertised recycling at the property. I would advocate for the fact it is older property, yet it is maintained and offers truly affordable rates, favorably, over the option of tearing it down and charging unnecessary higher rates for “new” or “improved.” Thankful for the affordable offerings."

"Everything was very clean on the property ! I gave our experience and expectation of the hotel a 5 star. There was only one thing we did not like that was the water pressure! It was horrible. It took literally hours for the bath tub to fill up .but other than that it was perfect ! "

"This hotel was a great pick for our family. Loved the location, right beside the water, close to cedar point, and food places in walking distance. Our room was clean, beds were very comfy and breakfast was pretty simple but good. We definitely enjoyed the blueberry waffle option instead of just the regular. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great hotel, kids loved the poolside room. Pool was huge, hot tub was nice but not real hot. Workout room was good- all the things you need for a quick workout and it was cool inside not hot. Room was small with 2 beds not a ton of room but it worked. Beds not too comfy but we managed. Check in staff lady was super sweet. No breakfast and bar closed early. Also no drinks or food in pool area kinda sucked while watching kids. Great area in walking distance to mall and resturants! Gas arcross street and right off hwy. Would be back if in the area"
