The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton

6/10 Okay

"When we entered the room that we were assigned, it had not been cleaned. We returned to the desk and they switched us to a suite, which was much better. Overall, the hotel is badly in need of a refresh. The hotel is a Doubletree, and they have signs up everywhere about the cookies. We never saw a cookie .... When we checked out, I asked the man at the desk about the cookies, and he said "We don't have no cookies." So why not take down all the signs?"

"The area around the hotel felt safe. little Italy is about a half mile away, plenty of restaurants there. Museums and a park is within walking distance. We stayed in a Suite on the third floor. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or other hotel guests. Eating breakfast in the sunroom was nice."
