"The property is "tired". Pool not regularly cleaned, housekeeping services only if you request, noise from maintenance, walkways not regularly swept or washed down (bird poop)."

"Perfect location and wonderful complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed live music in the courtyard and took advantage of the heated pool every day of our trip. While Sedona is magical, our stay at the Arabella made our trip exceptional."

"Overall our stay was good. We weren’t happy with breakfast service. Free breakfast with stay. Croissant or muffin a banana, yogurt and coffee. You have to wait to be seated that can take a long time once you’re seated the service is very slow so it’s an hour to hour and a half for not much of a breakfast. Possible they were short staff during our visit. There is other breakfast options to purchase. "

"We were supposed to have housekeeping on one day of our three night stay. They never showed up in spite of assurances from the staff that they would. One other detail is that while close to uptown shops and restaurants, the resort is massive and it takes quite a lot of walking to get out. Getting there from our room required walking down a street with no sidewalk. Would not stay here again."
