"This was, by far, the best rental we have stayed at. The nicely decorated ranch house was so clean, comfortable, cozy, private and fun. I could go on and on with all the positives. Our dogs LOVED the big yard and quickly made “friends” with the visiting cows. It was great. Irene is the best. Easy to communicate with and made everything so welcoming. Definitely get some of her farm fresh eggs!!! As for the area, Camp Verde has so much to offer. Hiking, biking, casino, restaurants and of course...

"We went wine tasting in Cottonwood to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The house is cute, clean, and the outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. We loved the cows in the field next door."

I was told fireplace was inoperable due to “season” yet, when I read guest pamphlet provided by front desk it noted 3 more days of fireplace availability. So, I asked for maintenance to turn back on (a switch). Additionally, had to have maintenance switch bedroom tv to HDMI because it was “off” .
