"Very spacious room and clean. Conveniently located to the Bell Rock trail - in fact we walked to the trail to avoid the parking lot log jam. Also fairly close to the Cathedral Rock trail and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Also close to gas stations and various places to eat. Would stay here again if I return to Sedona."

"Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid."

"The Kokopelli is really close to the bell rock and cathedral rock trails and is really close to a great bakery and excellent restraurants. It's far enough away from downtown Sedona to be more relaxed but an easy drive when you want to go there"
