"Great location that is walkable from the door to some beautiful trails. The accommodation is nice but some minor issues with broken door handle, the shower water not going far enough away from the wall, old/unloved outdoor furniture and nowhere to put your bags. "

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom.
Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable.
That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice.
You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "

"Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. "Best experience with hotel staff I've ever had! Joan and Jodi (and others) were awesome. I had some weird health stuff going on and this team made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. The rooms are big and very clean! I'm gluten-free and the kitchenette was perfect for me to make breakfast and a couple of easy meals. There was even a blender for protein shakes! This property is within walking distance to the Bell Rock trails. You are also within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping if you want. I did some laundry one afternoon and everything you need is there. Made my longer stay feel like home away from home. I would hands down stay here again! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me. :)"
