"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "

"The location was spectacular and so quiet with a gorgeous view of Cathedral Rock. The road is closed to the public during the day, but with the resident permit, you get exclusive access to the neighborhood. The host was so kind and helpful answering questions. She also stocked the fridge with fresh things that was a special surprise touch."

"We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The home we rented provided us with a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to make a meal. The bathrooms are spacious. Washer and dryer. Beach towels, games, coolers. Just so much provided. Covered patio and porch. The mornings were so nice to set out back. Quite neighborhood. The scenery surrounding this area is beautiful. Take a short walk and you can see the Chapel of the Holy Cross. The sun setting in the evening and to be able to see the colors off the rocks was magnificent! Needless to say, the home was perfect for our stay. Great communication with owner. Would rent from again. "

"This place is amazing!!!! The view is spectacular. The best I have ever stayed at! The house is spacious, so clean, beds are so comfortable, equipped with all your needs! I can go on and on! The hot tub felt so relaxing after a hike and sitting in the tub looking at that view was breathtaking. The communication through AvantStay was the best I have ever dealt with. "First impressions were all wrong. The home has all the right amenities but the home is in overall poor condition and numerous things need attention. When you pull up, the stucco and paint look terrible. The front fountain doesn’t operate, and the front door is split and has tape to seal up the weather. In the back yard, all cushions, seating and dining were in very poor condition. Additionally, the hot tub was half empty on arrival and the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There were hoses left out on the patio and just generally not aligned with a luxury property experience. The owners were quick to accommodate requests but generally speaking this home does not and will not meet your expectations for a luxury stay. At a different price point, I wouldn’t be so critical. The house is generally pretty tired and worn. It has great “bones” but needs some investment, maintenance, and upkeep. If aesthetics and attention to detail is something you appreciate as part of your experience, this may not be the property for you."
