"No actual person responds to your concerns. As an example the gas fireplace was not functional, I asked for help and nothing was done. No clean towels available, dirty carpets, basic toiletries not available. Neglect and indifference is how I assess the facility. My advice find a better place."

"My boyfriend and I arrived at the property for a romantic birthday getaway and this property did not disappoint. It was artisanal, rustic, and romantic. Everything was well maintained, clean, and enchanting. From the fireplace, to the giant jetted tub, to the bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. It was amazing 😍 I would recommend this lovely villa 10 out of 10. And the host was very responsive and kind. Wonderful stay."

"My daughter and I stayed for the weekend and this was a perfect place for us. It was clean and quiet and the room was perfect with a beautiful view of Bell Rock right outside our window. We prefer the Village of Oak creek area of Sedona because it's not as busy and more tucked away."

"A hidden gem in the AZ desert!!! Firstly, it may be a little studio, but it packs a great punch - FULLY equipped oasis. Secondly, the cleanliness and organization of the place satisfied my semi-OCD. Lastly, the hummingbirds that hang out on the patio are so MAJESTIC. 10/10 truly recommend!"

"Amazing property with great potential. We were really excited about the bed, the fireplace, the jet tub, and the shower from the listing pics. Unfortunately, The fireplace needs some maintenance. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire. Seems it leaks propane when not on as we could smell propane in the room. It appears there was issue with the fireplace at some point as there was black...
