Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it."

"Cabins have been updated cosmetically and were clean, but the property is dilapidated. Holes in the screen door, patio gate was off the hinges, front door didn’t feel secure. The bed and pillows are terrible. After hiking all day I looked forward to a relaxing night sleep, but that was not the case."
