Highly recommend the Vanessa House

My family and I are from the U.S. and we very much enjoyed staying at the Vanessa House. We stayed at this family owned B&B as part of a larger trip, and the Vanessa House left us wishing we were staying there longer! The room was kept very clean and was very spacious. The property was beautiful and included a pool, which my kids loved. Property was also conveniently located near Venice. Parking at the B&B was free and easy. The breakfast (which was included) was delicious and had so much to choose from. The hostesses Elena and Vanessa were very personable and helpful. We interacted mainly with Vanessa, who went out of her way to be helpful when we were figuring out our plans to spend the day in Venice. She was also very kind to our children and made us feel at home. Highly recommend the Vanessa House. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Vanessa House ligger litt øde til, men veldig koselig familiedrevet bed & breakfast. Veldig koselig bassengområde som vi fikk bruke sent på kvelden. Veldig gode tips fra eier rundt å komme oss til Venezia. Lett å ta toget fra en togstasjon 10-15 min unna. Rommet var romslig og stort med alt man trenger for et opphold. Også en god pizzarestaurant i nærheten. God wifi som ungene satt pris på. Frokost var ok, men kan variere fra dag til dag.

Fabuleux

Famille très agréable et d’une super gentillesse. L’appartement était grand,lumineux et propre. La terrasse également. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Nous avons eu des pâtisseries /viennoiseries fraîches chaque matin. L’emplacement du B and B se situe dans une rue privée très calme et se situe également à 20 min de Venise en voiture. La piscine est très confortable avec ses transats. Merci à tous pour votre accueil

Roligt kvarter super have og pool

Smilende værtspar der samtidig også kunne fortælle om hvad der skulle ses af steder osv, turistinformation var ikke nødvendigt. Super dejligt værelse med adgang til pool, Ungerne elskede den.

Wonderful place run by wonderful people.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Elena. The accommodation was immaculate. The cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was a real treat with fresh homemade cake and bread and jams made with fruit from their garden. To stay there was relaxing and a treat but what made it feel like that is the couple who run it. They give you your space but are on hand for any advice or help you need. We cannot recommend this place enough

We stayed at Vanessa House for two nights during our trip to Venice. We liked the secured, behind the gates large parking; the room and the grounds were clean, same as the pool that we used both days. The location is very good for trips to Venice. Elena saved us some money advising where to park the car during the day trip to Venice by train; the breakfast was reasonable, some boiled eggs and variety of foods, not just sweets would have been nice. I felt it was a little bit too much emphasize on "home made" products. I would also suggest the owners invest more in the bedsheets and towels, they are a little worn and the towels have an odor after being used. This should not be the case for a rental with such great scores, and many awards for excellence in accommodation.

Lovely welcoming B&B

Wonderful experience, Elena was very welcoming, the room was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. Homemade cake and jams went alongside a good choice of continental style food. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet wonderful Be and Breakfast in Countyside

Great location easy to get downtown you just walk across the street and catch a bus right downtown. Owners were great people and even went out of there way to come get us from the Bus station our first night there then ran us around to the Bank to get cash as we did not notice on the website that it is a cash business. Breakfast was great. What more can you ask for especially to start off our holidays.

Nice place but a little way out from Venice

OK neighbourhood even though the sat nav could not find it with the information given. Too far out for us from Venice as the bus service back was 9.30pm or 10.50pm. That was it until next day; there wasn't much around the station in Mestre either. Lovely room and hosts though with a nice breakfast. Nb.you will need a torch to get back to the room if it is dark as no lights around.

Hier fühlt man sich zu Hause!

Fantastisch, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles gestaltet ist! Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr sehr nett und man fühlt sich einfach nur gut aufgehoben! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet (sogar Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank waren vorhanden). Die Lage ist gut: ruhig und nur 2 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle nach Venedig entfernt. Nach 30 minütiger Busfahrt ist man in Venedig und kann sich so das sehr teure Parkhaus sparen. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch in der Nähe. Es gibt viele schöne Hotels, aber hier waren wir beeindruckt! Top!!! 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!

Rekommenderas för ett par dygn. Läget lite off men vägs upp av bra kommunikationer till Venedig. Ca 30 min buss. Inga rest i närheten av boendet på prommenadavstånd. Värdfamiljen mkt trevlig och det är tyst och lugnt. Plus för pool och frukost.

Great valve , hosts made you feel very welcome

Beautiful house with private entrance for each room.Great valve for money ,best breakfast we had in our 3 week stay in Italy and the most comfortable bed. From reviews we knew the bus was just a short walk from the house and the 20 min trip into Venice was not a problem. However we were concerned about getting there to start with because of our heavy cases. We need not have worried, as arranged they picked us up from the train station and drove us back there after our three night stay. Elena helped us buy combined bus and vaporatto tickets from the local shop. The swim in the pool at the end of a hot day in Venice was certainly worth the bus trip and you could not wish for a more welcoming environment, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Lovely House and Great Host

Thanks for our lovely stay at Vanessa House! Elena kept the suite immaculate everyday. There was also a jug of nice cool drinking water upon our arrival and every evening when we got back after a busy and hot day. The air conditioed suite and the peaceful area guarantee a comfortable night sleep. My daughter also had great fun in the swimming pool on the last evening. The offer of Train Station pick up and a lift back to Airport shuttle Bus Pick-up point took off all our hassle and panic! Suggestion: It is 35minute by bus between Vanesa House and Plazza Roma. But the bus is air conditioned and always on time. To save your time of waiting, make sure you know the bus schedule: at 00:13 and 00:43 every hour from Vanessa House( less than two minutes walk from the house), then 00:15 and 00:45 every hour back from Plazza Rome bus station untill 21:15, after that there is only two buses: at 22:20hr and 23:30hr.

Jättefin lägenhet, mycket bra service

Hotellet låg en bit från Venedig men väldigt nära busshållplatsen så det var väldigt smidigt att ta sig dit. Ett bra alternativ om man har egen bil då det var fri parkering. Jättetrevlig ägare och fantastisk frukost med hemgjorda marmelader från egna fikonträd och hembakade kakor. Väldigt trevliga rum/lägenheter med kokmöjligheter. Trevlig trädgård. Barnvänligt.

Nicest Bed & Breakfast in Italy

Vanessa House was awesome! We stayed there for 3 nights, the room was more like an apartment, everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was home made with many choices and amazing fresh cakes and home made jams. The family was very friendly and welcoming. It was a home away from home!

Fantastic Five Star Stay

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Vanessa House, ideally situated for a trip to Venice, we couldn't of asked for a more pleasant stay. The delightful hosts, Elena, Moreno and Vanessa were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay in their beautiful home was most enjoyable; providing information of local bus times and recommending restaurants. The room was of a very high standard and cleaned thoroughly everyday, breakfast in the garden was good with home made jams, cakes etc and delicous coffee. The bus stop to Venice was a 2 minute walk, they run every 30minutes and only take 20mins to arrive. Last bus back was 22:30 and only cost 4 Euros return. Be sure not to miss the delicous ice-cream shop just a short walk from the B&B. Do yourself a favour don't stay in espensive Venice, this B&B is truly 5 star and the planned pool for next year will make it 6!

Meget venlig værtsfamilie. Ekstra opredning så der var plads til os alle 5. Bus til Venedig indenfor gåafstand. God morgenmad. Roligt kvarter, stor have med plads til parkering af bil. Kan varmt anbefales

Super schöner Aufenthalt!

Schönes Zimmer mit Bad, sehr gepflegt. Sehr guter Service und freundliche Vermieter. Gute Hotelausstattung. Nur zwei kleine Nachteile: 1) Busfahrt bis Venedig dauert 30 min. ( 20 min. waren angegeben). 2) WLAN- Geschwindigkeit variiert stark und bricht öfters mal ab ( mussten leider 3,8 GByte runterladen, hat ca. 10 Stunden gedauert mit etwa 8 Unterbrechungen. Insgesamt sehr empfelenswert!
