I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!

Le seul point négatif est que sur ma réservation c'était inscrit salle de pain privative alors quand réalité il n'y a qu'une salle de bain pour 4 chambres. J'étais très déçu, mais au final ceci s'est bien passé

Mauvaise surprise..

Même si la localisation était plutôt pratique pour nous car proche du bus pour aller à Venise, le logement a été très difficile d’accès dans une résidence d’immeuble mal indiqué et en travaux. Le logement était sale et bruyant, il y avait des traces d’Hortense sur le mur et dans la salle de bain ainsi que beaucoup de poussière. La discussion avec le propriétaire de la chambre a aussi été compliqué par téléphone mais une fois rejoint ça c’est très bien passé.
