Great place to stay

Everything was perfect! Excellent view of the canal, you could hear singing from the gondolas below. Beds and shower were nice. Breakfast was very good. It took us a while to realize we had to ring a doorbell to get inside, may be nice to include that in the instructions.

The host was extremely helpful. She made our stay much more special, and my family and i appreciate her assistance. The location was perfect and the room comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I can't wait to return.

Not a good place to stay. After all that travel by train, boat, and walking, we got to the hotel and were greeted by a huge staircase, and we had to haul our luggage up almost three levels with no help at all. And get this, there wasn't any hot water in the bathroom for a shower! The toilet barely flushed, and you had to wait like 15 minutes between uses! I paid almost $600 for this, and it's really more like a two-star hotel. The only good thing was the location and the breakfast.

At first glance, the neighborhood seemed a bit run down but it turned out to be quite nice. Don’t be intimidated by the multiple locks to get in, this neighborhood is actually quite safe and the host was super friendly! My only real complaint is that the bed was not comfortable and a/c is inadequate for the size of the apartment.

Room with a view

Great view of the gondolas in the canal from our two windows. It be nice if there was someone to help bring the luggage upstairs. We only had breakfast 1 of 4 days because we had excursions that began at 8am and were not allowed to eat earlier. Flexibility would be nice instead of being treated that we were a bother.

Very kind reception by host/general manager on site, who was very helpful and makes great breakfast. Our space was tight but very well kept by host. The only negative was the 50 steps to get from front door to Level 3. Elevator needed BADLY and lift doesn't work. Soooo many steps in Venice already. Unbearable with luggage.

Alojamiento muy céntrico de los puntos de interés. Su desayuno bastante aceptable y bueno en comparación a los típicos europeos. Buenas habitaciones, baños maravillosos. Quiza el único inconveniente es que es en el tercer piso y subir con equipaje es un martirio pero vale la pena. Es una excelente opción si quieres hospedarte, está cercano a una estación del Vaporetto lo que también ayuda mucho. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Otel güzel temizdi lakin sorunlu odayi vermemeleri gerekiyordu. Dışarı cikip bir kac saat sonra dondugumuzde banyo her tarafi su olmustu.

Perfect spot in San Marco

We had amazing three days here. Loved the room, and excellent bathroom. The breakfast each morning from 8-10am was absolutely to die for! Was so good! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful room overlooking canal

Lovely place in a very central location, owner gave us great directions before we arrived and answered any questions we had. Chef prepared breakfast in the morning and was very helpful, even was there early for our early departure when we left. Very clean room, the fourth bed could have been a little sturdier, but it was acceptable. Lovely room overlooking the canal, cleaned every day.

Perfection with a canal view

Our family of three LOVED this lodging, and especially the hospitality of Katy and Maria. We got so lucky with a triplet room with two windows overlooking a canal! It’s perfectly located and absolutely immaculate.

Mi experiencia fue muy mala, nos recibió Katy y fue muy grosera desde la llegada. Nos trató mal a todos los huéspedes en el desayuno. No quiso darnos la botella de champagne que mencionaba hoteles.com por estancia y por el nivel silver de mi membresía. Me gritó pIdiéndome que hablara más fuerte. En ocasiones hablaba español y después fingía no saber español. Definitivamente NO REGRESARÍA A ESE LUGAR por la Señora.
