Feel like royalty

Stunning boutique hotel on canal with beautiful, charming decor like from a royal movie! Very comfortable and in great location. Google maps needs better location directions. Would stay there again!

We stayed in the delux room with canal view which was lovely. Hotel was very quiet and quite small, we didn’t see anyone else during our 2 day stay, although we did leave early both mornings. It was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the Rialto bridge water bus stop. Breakfast started at 9am so was too late for our early starts, but local coffee shops/ bakeries are easy to find. Would stay here again.

Amazing location and nice accommodation

The location of this place was unbeatable! We had the canal view and we could sit in our window and watch the gondolas go right by the window. This hotel was also apparently owned by the family of Marco Polo which was pretty cool as well. Location couldn’t have been better. It was on a quiet alley/courtyard but was close enough to get to everything in Venice that we wanted to see with a short walk.

The hotel is a short walk from the Rialto bridge/vaporetto stop, making it a lovely spot for exploring the lagoon. While we liked the room, we had a problem with the hot water. We didn’t end up using the kitchen in the flat but there were plenty of pots and utensils. We would come back here for a longer stay in Venice.

The room was clean and comfortable. There is no staff at night, which is fine, but they left a letter for us stating breakfast went until 10:30, but when we arrived at 10, they said breakfast is over at 10, and checkout is at 10 too! Checkout time is not posted anywhere and I couldn’t even find it on google so that was an unpleasant surprise!

Staying at Ca' Amadi was one of the highlights from our trip across northern Italy. It is tucked away in a quiet, private courtyard, which made sleeping and relaxing very easy. It's only a few steps away from a very busy stretch of shops, restaurants, cafes, and churches though, so we didn't have to travel far to enjoy Venice's nightlife or shopping. The room itself felt Venetian- beautiful glass light fixtures, tiled floors, large windows, etc. It was nice to feel like we were staying at a friends' house, and not a traditional hotel for the week. We'd love to come back again sometime.

This location is tucked back into a residential section of Venice, but close to everything. There is no lift, and lots of stairs up to the main floor, so not recommended for wheelchairs. The canal view from the common dining area is small but nice! We had a nice stay.

Our room was really spacious and nice! The neighboring apartment was super loud late at night, and we got very little information on check-in, so we had to figure some things out on our own. There were some water bottles under our bed, but the place was pretty clean. Amazing location and overall a good place!
