The big selling points for this hotel in my opinion are the location and the breakfast. We opened the window to a fantastic view of the Grand Canal, it was amazing and there are plenty of choices for breakfast. The hotel is dated and in need of upgrading but its not 5 star and you are not paying 5 star prices, would definitely stay here again

Cons: The room was very cramped and small. Bathroom was even smaller. Room was in need of repairs, had holes in the ceilings that were lazily patched and not finished. Pros: Great location, very affordable, close to train station and bus terminal, ac worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful, WiFi worked well. Would stay here again for the price and location but if there is another hotel close by at a similar price I would give them a shot.

I liked we were able to drop off our luggage before check in. The pictures on line of the rooms are not accurate for the room we received. The room was dirty and had a lot mold. The beds only have a sheet and no blankets. When we asked for blankets we were told it is summer and they don’t have any. I was surprised when I found one the next morning in our room behind the mirror. Front desk should’ve know that’s where they were kept. The front desk lady in the morning is not very friendly.

Booked in Cansl Hotel when checked in the moved ist some Walter Hote around the corner no warning no option to change and let us know after they took my money . Staff not friendly Breakfast poor and Air Conditioner didnt work said something to staff and they did nothing it only blew hot air . Only good thing about this was the location

Enjoyed 2-night stay and better than expected

Enjoyed our two-night stay and had better experience than I expected based on reviews, which might be due to off season right now. Breakfast space is good, and all staffs were nice and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this hotel.

A pleasant stay, a beautiful property, 5 minutes drive from tram station. If you prefer a quiet and beautiful Tuscany villa just outside of Florence, this is the right place! Thank you the hosts for the delicious breakfast!

Clean room, nice staff, location is perfect but, my main issue with the room was that the AC is based on a central system which they had running very hot. the room was small so it would get really hot. at some point i could turn it off but then i had to deal with bloodsucking mosquitos entering the room. so it was mosquitos or get a headache with the heater. I mentioned that to the staff and they said they had to follow a regulation to keep the heater on. Also breakfast time was tough, im not sure if there were 2 hotel guests attending the breakfasts, but it became a problem to fin seat. I was by myself and it was easier, but 3 or motr proplr had to wait longer in the already crowded area.

hotel was in a great area..room was clean and had a mini fridge..breakfast was wonderful..lots to choose from..wifi is only available in the lobby which wasnt that big a deal..the staff were all very friendly..bed was comfy..cool decor

The hotel is very close to everything you need train 10 mins across the bridge eats down the road ferry 7 mins airport bus 10 water taxi 2 min yes it’s old but so is everything it’s a friendly place staff are very helpful breakfast is good good choice
