"Rooms were renovated & clean, cleaning staff were unbelievably kind, BUT front desk staff was abrasive & rude and the “heated” pool was uncomfortably cold."

"Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!"
