"It was great for a first experience for this chain. Check in and out was super smooth and quick. Our rooms were very clean. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good. Looking forward to staying again when come back up visit my kid at UB."

"The front desk was so helpful and kind when we checked in. The room was very clean and up to date. We only stayed one night for a WWE event so we didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The staff didn’t mind my son and I sitting in the lobby at 5am waiting for the wrestlers who stayed to make a showing!"

"Honestly it was a cheap place to lay my head and the view of the air plains was spectacular but i had an issue with the mini fridge, the light and the tv and when i went down to the front desk they sent a staff member in who proceeded to tell me that the one lamp always flickers bwcause it has a short so thats nit saff its a huge fire hazard. Then i was expecting what all other hotels usually have because the pictures show a microwave and coffee pot in the rooms but the staff member said they got rid of them besides a shared microwave in the lobby to keep theor prices low(my hotel near darien lake was cheaper than here and much better)but other guest confirmed all the other rooms had the microwave and only some had coffee pots. This was not a great experience i will not be staying there again"
