"The hotel reeked of cigarettes. The neighborhood is sad. Our nonsmoking room smelled of stale smoke. Mattresses need replacing. Only one bar of soap provided for the bathroom. The positive of the hotel is the positive staff. The other positive is that you can gamble and drink and then stumble up to your room - there is no other reason to stay here, if you’re going to Niagara, stay on the Canadian side, or any place else."

"Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great."

"Room was not as advertised, they remodeled and removed jacuzzi tub that is advertised in the room. The shower stall that is now in the room was in poor condition, tiles falling from wall, drain grate was not secured and bolt for it stuck up and has the potential to injure someone severely. Dressers, night stands, and lamps in room are in poor quality and are also falling apart. Room overall felt dirty and unclean as trash and dirt and debris were seen throughout whole room. Would not stay again, would not recommend."

"Room was not ready an hour after the check-in time. Desk was nice and upgrading our room, the new room had no AC. When front desk was contacted, someone came at 8am, touched some buttons and left without communicating anything to us or fixing anything. Then, toilet wouldn't flush. We let them know around noon, they contacted us at 11:30pm if we wanted to move rooms. Parking was easy and always available and breakfast was good and runs pretty late. "
