"parking lot had trash in it the first room smelled like a bunch of wet dogs were in there and I went down to change rooms. The second room also smelled of dog but not as bad, even the beds smelled of wet dog. Tha AC unit was so noisy. All in all the place looked like it was still in the 80"s. The staff was GREAT but the property needs a BIG upgrade."

"The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. Ice maker was frozen over and we fixed ourselves. The property was beautiful, beach was nice. We all had a great time and would definitely return. "

"Very clean property, especially given that it was pet-friendly; no lingering pet smells or pet hair anywhere (we are pet owners as well so we often rent pet-friendly homes). Nice large, fenced in backyard for the pets if you do bring them. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to cook, they even have some spices in the cupboard. Great location! The private beach access is just across the street. There is a beach buggy with beach stuff in the garage so you can easily pack up and bring everything to the beach without much trouble. Plenty of beach towels are in a closet. Several local places to eat right down the road. Communication with the host was excellent. Ben sent us messages about everything, but particularly helpful was of course check-in / check-out procedures (easy process) and maintenance schedules (pool, landscapers, trash/recycles). We had a very nice long weekend here!"

"We really enjoyed our time at the beach. The house is beautifully done and offers wonderful views throughout the day. The direct beach access was a key reason we chose this property, and it absolutely did not disappoint. One of our favorite parts was the sound of the waves crashing in—it brought such a calm and peaceful atmosphere to the entire stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and overall we had a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend this property to others."
