"We had a great stay overall. The space was very spacious and extremely clean, which we really appreciated. While some of the furniture—especially in the living room—felt a bit outdated (the curtains weren’t my favorite), the kitchen and bathroom looked recently remodeled, which was a huge plus. Having updated, modern kitchen and bathroom areas definitely made up for the older furniture. The front desk staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. They took the time to explain the resort options clearly and were very accommodating with our late check-in request, which made the experience stress-free. It’s pet friendly and not crazy pet fee as seen in other places. Very fair price. Overall, this was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend! "

"House was awesome. The layout was great. The cockroaches everyone keeps talking about are palmetto bugs(very common in Florida). They were on the outside patio. We ended up staying an extra 2 weeks and we loved everything about the stay. The private beach is amazing. The sunrises were beautiful. The only thing that was weird was the stove. The “HI” is really “LO”. WiFi was not that good, but we still loved the place and will be back again next year. The dog had a blast also. "

The home is about a 2 minute stroll to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The pool was nice to relax at after coming back from the beach. Flagler and Palm Coast are both short drives. "
