"I highly recommend this property! Our family stayed with 4 teenagers and a small dog (yikes, I know). This house was perfect to accommodate everyone! The boardwalk to the private boat/fishing dock made us feel like we were on our own little island. The walk to the beach is very short and easy and we had the whole beach to ourselves. The property management company was great with communication and stayed in contact throughout our trip. The locals were very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This property is very unique and has something for everyone. It has five spacious bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs). All were nicely furnished. It offers four full bathrooms (three upstairs and one downstairs). Our group of seven had plenty of room and there was plenty to do. We had family and friends visit us during the day. There is ample parking for families that have multiple vehicles like we do.We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces this property offered. There is a covered area that has an outdoor kitchen with a wrap around bar. There was also an outdoor couch, a full size table, a big screen tv with plenty of lighting for the evening under the covered outdoor area. The pool area overlooked the pond with a fountain. Around the property there were trees including lime and avocado trees.The weather was beautiful 84-85 degrees with a nice breeze to enjoy the outdoors. The one minute walk to the water is accurate, however there is a very small opening through the bushes to get there. The area was experiencing a king tide which is a very high tide so we never could see any type of beach area. There is a short drive to the beach. You can park at Varn Park and walk on the beach. My husband and I drove to Matanzas Inlet one day. About a 15 minute drive. You can park there and walk to the intercoastal and aroumd to the beach. A great place to spend a couple of hours or a full day. Perfect for kids, families, and dogs. There is lots to explore. "

"Family of 5 with 3 adults, a teenager and an 11 year old. The house was fantastic and accommodated the family perfectly. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy. The house is about 4 miles from the main Flagler Beach area so you aren’t likely to walk there but it also makes the beach area near the house far less crowded. We practically had the whole beach to ourselves during our stay. The host was super responsive and communicated proactively throughout our entire time. The elevator worked as needed but we mostly just used the stairs. You will get your steps in with the common living area on the top floor but that didn’t bother us at all. The beds were comfortable and the pool area is perfect for a quick dip after you get back from the ocean. The kitchen is adequately stocked. We loaded up on groceries and barely needed to leave the house afterwards. It had everything you need to enjoy your time and catch some sun while enjoying a little rest and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again."

"The home was as advertised on the app. It slept everyone well. The large kitchen and great room was great for everyone ending the day with a meal and fellowship. The home is about a 2 minute stroll to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. The pool was nice to relax at after coming back from the beach. Flagler and Palm Coast are both short drives. "
