"This is a great home. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised its appearance. Home is very spacious and has areas where one can have some privacy. The children who visited us had a wonderful time in the pool. Even our two pets had a wonderful time."

"This property is very unique and has something for everyone. It has five spacious bedrooms (three upstairs and two downstairs). All were nicely furnished. It offers four full bathrooms (three upstairs and one downstairs). Our group of seven had plenty of room and there was plenty to do. We had family and friends visit us during the day. There is ample parking for families that have multiple vehicles like we do.We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces this property offered. There is a covered area that has an outdoor kitchen with a wrap around bar. There was also an outdoor couch, a full size table, a big screen tv with plenty of lighting for the evening under the covered outdoor area. The pool area overlooked the pond with a fountain. Around the property there were trees including lime and avocado trees.The weather was beautiful 84-85 degrees with a nice breeze to enjoy the outdoors. The one minute walk to the water is accurate, however there is a very small opening through the bushes to get there. The area was experiencing a king tide which is a very high tide so we never could see any type of beach area. There is a short drive to the beach. You can park at Varn Park and walk on the beach. My husband and I drove to Matanzas Inlet one day. About a 15 minute drive. You can park there and walk to the intercoastal and aroumd to the beach. A great place to spend a couple of hours or a full day. Perfect for kids, families, and dogs. There is lots to explore. "

"We had a great stay at this property! Roman communicated effectively prior to our stay and during our stay. I really appreciated the detailed photo instructions for accessing the property and designated parking spot. The space was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved that there were so many dining options just steps away and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the music from the court yard. Thanks for a great stay Roman! "Property was exactly as advertised - no surprises! Pool area was lovely. Seamless check in/out process. Beautiful neighborhood with easy walking paths. Close access to grocery and bridge to cross over to the beach. Had a few miscellaneous questions that were answered immediately. We would definitely stay at this location again if we travel back to the area!"
