"Clean but dated room, internet speed was ok during the day but slowed to a crawl in evenings. Unfortunately only two of the three elevators was operational so we needed to plan extra time to make it up and down. "

The bathroom door was also very noisy when it opened and closed. During check-in, they insisted that I show them an ID with my English name, saying it didn't match the name on my reservation. It was already past 1 a.m., and this had caused us a lot of trouble, which was very unpleasant."
