One of the most welcoming, thoughtful hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in you are met with the moor genuine hospitality from everyone who works there and there are so many thoughtful touches in the room and hotel itself. My partner and I got engaged prior to staying and we were met with a bottle of Prosecco and desert upon entering our room and note. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a luxury stay. We arrived in Vancouver early and went straight to the hotel to ask if they would hold our luggage until check in. Our room was ready and they let us check in immediately. 5 out of 5 just for that! Comfortable bed, spacious shower with good pressure and a high standard of service from every staff member we encountered. The attached restaurant had lunch time specials which allowed us to have a sleep in knowing we only had to go downstairs for our first meal of the day.

Excellent service, super clean room . Flew in from Australia and we’re kind enough to provide access to our room early to Takexa nap before heading out to explore . Apartments Well fitted out , beds very comfy . Unit has everything you would need for a short or long stay .
