Enjoy your stay at our newly & tastefully furnished condo in Downtown Vancouver. Plenty of amenities just a short walk away such as Skytrain (rapid transit), bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the 8th-floor balcony or on the 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio.
This new modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee, a coffee maker, a french press, a blender, etc. The dining table has seating for 4. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, and a large closet.
With an automated check-in process, you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16. You can also use the rooftop patio on floor 11. If you need to park a visitor vehicle you can request a visitor pass from our property manager Julia through the app or by phone - the maximum stay for a visitor vehicle is 30 hours in a 7-day period.

Downtown Vancouver's historic Chinatown neighborhood is an up-and-coming trendy spot for bars and
restaurants. 9-minute walk to the Main Street Skytrain rapid transit station that will get you all around Vancouver and the lower mainland's surrounding suburbs.
You can bring your car and park for free. You can walk around everywhere, bike, or take a taxi/rideshare around the city. Bus stops and Skytrain is close by.

Great unit, very comfy and has everything you need. Good spot for navigating Vancouver and we felt very safe. We did have a last minute issue with the fob when trying to return them to the unit upon check-out and although the property manager (not host) was rude, we did get it sorted out quickly. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive - would recommend this unit for sure!

Great Location

If you want to stay in a place that is central to all that is downtown, this is the place to stay. It is also EXTREMELY secure despite what a lot of other reviews remark as the area. Sure there are a lot of unhoused people a few streets over but the building is super secure and your own security depends on you as an individual and not taking unnecessary risks. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone with common sense

Having a car meant that the free parking was a definite plus, especially with the in-and-out privileges that came with it. While the process of getting the property keys and parking remote was a bit cumbersome, it’s understandable given the downtown setting. The space itself was comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. The in-house laundry was especially convenient for longer stays.

Cute Apartment in Chinatown

This apartment is very cute and clean. It is a secure building a very quiet. There is a really cute balcony with outdoor seating. It is a short walk to Gastown and less than 10 mins from downtown.

Perfect for quick weekend trip

Quick weekend trip with my sister and her family. We just needed a place to sleep so didn’t use the kitchen. Very walkable and bikeable. Property management responded quickly. Easy checking in and out.

Nice rental

Very clean well appointed apt. Close enough to Gastown to walk. The apt is very secure but unfortunately close to a run down Chinatown where there were many drug users lining the streets.

Well equipped apartment with great service

It was great for a trip with a teenager, as they had a huge TV in their room that they could escape to after a day of exploring. The apartment was well equipped, clean and cosy, with a lovely view from the balcony. Jason, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Close to most things

Very clean property as described..It did worry us initially checking in and waiting outside with luggage among with some interesting people, thankfully was soon sorted. Very clean. and while not best part of town you can still feel pretty safe. Unit very comfortable and modern and we had a brief but good stay. Can recommend it

Great stay

The apartment was clean, bright, and modern and a perfect stay for my friends and I during Vancouver Pride. Communication and check-in went seamlessly and we especially enjoyed the rooftop patio. We had no issues with the location but we are also quite familiar with the city and the poverty challenges in certain neighbourhoods. It helps to take an Uber or taxi if you are uncomfortable with walking around the Upper Eastside.

Great Two Night Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for 4 adults. Location was not a problem for us. We felt safe and secure in the building, and we had no trouble getting an Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Location was perfect for our pre-cruise stay in Vancouver. Roof top patio was very nice and gives a great view of downtown. Portable air conditioner in living area was adequate to keep us comfortable. Condo location is in walking distance of some great restaurants and small convenience stores, so we were all set with what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy stay

Easy, contactless check in and out. Good location with restaurants and coffee shop nearby. Neighborhood may have some homeless people around but they leave you alone. There were a few maintenance issues that did not affect my stay. Burnt out light bulbs, missing smoke alarm, air conditioning until coming out of wall, constant running toilet, slightly odd smell to the place. FYI if you have mobility issues-bed was also very hard and low to the ground. Overall a decent place. Clean and parking available.

Lovely apartment with everything you could want. Very clean. Between the air con unit and the fans could keep it at a nice temperature. The pillows aren’t particularly comfortable, but otherwise quite a comfortable stay. Only issue is the area surrounding the apartment felt a bit unsafe, a lot of drug users and homelessness nearby- but none of these people actually caused us any direct issue

The apartment was clean and nicely designed. It had everything we needed for a one night stay. The neighborhood felt less safe as there were many homeless people around the building, some straight up shooting drugs. The sounds of the busy seagulls flying outside woke us up as early as 4 am and never seized until we checked out despite all windows being shut.

Felt like home...

Great little apartment with balcony. The furnishings were excellent and made us feel like we were at home. -- One small thing that we have never encountered... NETFLIX was already installed on TVs and house account set up to use. -- Normally we have to find our password and login (we are from US so sometimes we get an email from Netflix). It is a small but fantastic detail. Turn on TV and browse... Like everywhere in the world the homeless and drug use outside can be shocking... BUT as advertised by host we never felt unsafe even walking late at night. There are some really authentic Chinese restaurants in the area that are great. This was a fantastic host (we had several pre visit communications) and we will be back to this spot.

This is a very comfortable space in a central location. There was a slight problem at check-in when the keyless entry batteries died, we could not access the suite and had to wait an hour for someone to come and change the batteries. A few items in the suite were not working well: the toilet ran water continuously, the carafe for the coffee maker was broken and unusable, the garburator did not work. Also, be forewarned that the neighbourhood is noisy with sirens all night and garbage trucks early in the morning. And the neighbourhood is in the heart of the downtown east side and rife with homeless, drug addicts & mentally ill residents. They are harmless and we never felt unsafe, however it is distressing to witness. But, overall, our stay here was very good.
