We checked in at 1am and Marcos was incredibly accommodating setting us up in a room, bringing our 2 large suitcases up 2 flights and making sure we were comfortable. Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque.

Noisy!! We could hear noise from lobby and reception desk. I would not stay here unless you are a very heavy sleeper and don’t mind noise at night and early in the morning. I ended up moving to another hotel and this hotel and Expedia refused to refund the reminder of our stay. Positives: Breakfast was very good, and hotel staff were friendly.

Beautiful Chic Hotel

Just like other reviews this place is very clean, staff s gave great service, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast presentation is like in five star hotel. The standard room has two double bed. Will stay here again!

The location is perfect for what we wanted to do while in Cusco, briefly. Walking distance to the main plaza. Easy to find again. I loved the it was tucked away on a side street too. This made it very quiet. Lovely patio ain the second floor too

Home Away from Home

This beautiful hotel is not only well located (only couple of blocks from the main plaza), but quiet, clean, and with a great view of the town from its terrace. The breakfast is awesome, and all the staff super friendly, and helpful in many ways. I can't wait to come back again.

We had a cute upstairs suite that had a great view of Cusco. The room was clean, and well-furnished. The staff were quite helpful on check-in and helped get a cheap taxi for the ride back to the airport. Highly recommend!

This hotel was so adorable and excellent location. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had little details that made it feel special. Above all, the staff was absolutely amazing. They felt like family members welcoming you home after a long trip. They took care of you, remembered your name, offered help and assistance and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and taken care of. Hands down the best hosts to your travels of anywhere I've ever traveled to. A Cannot thank enough!

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was so help with everything including getting our covid test done right there in the hotel and in 15mins got our results. Casa San Blas is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Cusco. Get the apartment suite! The view from the bedroom loaf is amazing day and night. We will definitely go back to this beautiful quaint

This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.

In 2011 I stayed here & had an amazing, wonderful & enjoyed my time in there thats why I came back. The attentive, caring staff & the exquisite breakfast choices are the things that mattered to me the most. Diego & Jordan helped us so much when we had altitude sickness. They cared a lot and ensure that we were doing fine at all times. Diego ensured we were nourished & had our packed breakfast ready for our early tours. The breakfast ladies: Aida & Sofia (I hope I am getting their names right) - I enjoyed my breakfast so much with different fruit varieties, jams (gooseberry was my fave), fruit juices, healthy seeds & toppings for the yogurt, awesome coffee snd many more. My eggs were always perfectly cooked the way I like it. Housekeeper - thank you for keeping our room tidy & super clean. All these individuals felt like they were family. Muchas Gracias! Love the filtered water (plus flavoured naturally), coca & other teas umbrellas/ walking stick available to be borrowed. The location: Perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, what changed our experience in staying in Casa San Blas was their receptionists. Mijail and Keila were super helpful and nice. They really helped us to enjoy our time in Cusco as we were not familiar with the city. Mijail helped us to make the Macchu Picchu trip! It was impossible to make it happen without his help. If you plan on visiting Cusco, you have to stay here. It’s located right in the middle of eveything. San Blas is a beautiful neighborhood and you are less than a 10min walk to the Plaza De Armas. The staff was fantastic and super helpful. They were very accommodating. This place is fantastic!
