There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. "Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"The property was extremely nice and we especially enjoyed the Cocoa Tea and cookies served daily in the lobby. We also loved he beautiful courtyard and seating with easy entry into the bar and the restaurant. We had a lovely young lady named Analia who was so sweet, gracious and helpful! On our last day she saw me struggling to carry two cups of coffee to the courtyard and immediately ran to my rescue! She said, “Mr. Carl, let me help you” and took the cups and walked them gracefully to our table without spilling a drop! She then said anytime I needed to just say Analia, Help and she would be there! Such a ray of sunshine and the Hilton Garden in is so lucky to have such a great ambassador who’s very actions demonstrate the meaning of hospitality!"

"We stayed 1 night after Machu. It’s a solid little hotel. Excellent location and nice room. The view outside the window was of the Fortress! Very cool! There was complementary water bottles, a hot pot and various teas in the room, which was nice. My sheets were crisp and clean but my daughter said hers were not? The beds were very comfortable. We slept with the window open and it was perfect weather. The water situation was interesting. We had to put the knobs in a precise alignment for the water to turn off completely and there was NO WATER for part of the day. The manager said it would be back on at 5:00. It seems like it’s a common occurrence. It worked out fine because we were gone from the room and it was back on when we returned. The breakfast was the usual fair. The bread everywhere in Peru is amazing. The cook made an omelette with onions at our request and it was fantastic! They were kind enough to store our luggage. Overall good experience."
