"Very friendly staff "

"The night receptionist was lovely but the room and hotel in general were very tatty and dated. Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures and we didn’t eat anything so wasted a fair bit of money pre paying for it"

"The front desk young woman was sooo nice. She went above and beyond to make our 4 days enjoyable. The breakfast wasnt the most stocked we encountered but good for a quick meal. The room was nice. Its only a 10 minute walk to the city core and so worth it to be slightly away from the crowds. Highly recommend this stay."

"Good value and convenient location in Strasbourg. It’s outside the centre but close to a tram stop with frequent (every 5min) service. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are very helpful and responsive to requests. We had an issue with noise as we were put on the same wing as a high school group who would knock on doors several times after midnight and early morning. We were also woken up by their late hallway conversations. Room doorbells and better soundproofing would have helped. To their credit, the hotel let us change rooms very late at night. "
