Very happy with our stay

Wasn’t planning on late check in but we did as hotel called us and they said they would email the details to enter and self check in, it was very easy to do. The room was great everything needed we had and very clean. In and around the hotel places to walk, eat and drink, quiet and not far from the station 15 minute walk.

Two nights in the general area.

Two nights spent to see the locale area & the room was ideal with two comfortable beds which ensured good nights' sleep. The room was latge enough & with minus 7 Celsius it was easy to have the required comfort. We will certainly use Zenitude in future though most are in the perpheral parts of France.

The Hotel is still in a 1h reach of the Europapark - so quite OK to book. Easy check-in after 20h possible but you must inform the reception BEFORE arrival about your late arrival! Lot´s of space in the room. All clean.

We chose this accommodation as a stopover on our way back to the Netherlands. We arrived late and received clear instructions to collect our room key from the key safe. The next morning, we were able to check in at the reception without any problems. Breakfast was very good, with fresh products of high quality. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and an excellent shower. The beds were comfortable, and the location is set in a lovely, charming village. We took a short walk through the village before continuing our journey. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stopover!

OK, but some room for easy improvement

Spacious room quite well equipped. Communication around checkin times should be reviewed as some info says 8PM and some info 7PM. The correct appared to be 7PM. Drying some water spill from the floor left a quite dirty towel, so I guess cleaning could be better in some areas. But all in all an ok+ impression.

aparthotel super !!! nous avons passés 3 jours super!!! une dame très gentil a l'accueil Les appartements sont très bien, tout ce qu'il faut a part le lit pour 2 personnes (qui était 2 petits lits séparés, rapprochés) pas confortable et le lit superposé un peu trop près du plafond(il ne faut pas des enfants très grands) mais sinon rien a dire. pleins de commerces a cotés accessible à pieds

L’appartement est très grand et propre, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. Nous avons pris l’option du garage et au vue de la chaleur la voiture était bien plus fraîche que si elle était restée à l’extérieur. Petit hic à cause de la canicule : le frigo ne possède pas de compartiment freezer ce qui aurait été pratique pour congeler un peu d’eau et il n’y a pas de clim, malgré le fait que le village soit très calme, la nuit certains ne font pas dans la discrétion lorsqu’ils circulent

Nous étions 4 deux adultes deux ado et notre chien et avons passé juste une nuit pour être proche d’Europapark nous avons donc loué une chambre aparthotel avec kitchenette qui est plutôt bien équipée niveau ustensile frigo micro-ondes juste ce qu’il faut taille de la chambre plutôt correct pour une nuit ou deux pas plus salle de bain avec baignoire …seule bémol pour la salle de bain c’est un ballon d’eau chaude car mon fils a pris un bain et derrière lui nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude et en regardant dans le placard à l’entrée nous nous sommes aperçu de sa donc attention si vous prenez un bain et que vous êtes 3/4 …place de parking dispo devant l’hôtel et gratuite après vous pouvais garez votre voiture en sous sol mais c payant pour le reste rien a signaler …a si la gentillesse de la jeune fille a l’accueil qui nous a très bien accueilli et était très gentille voilà et si vous avez un animal c’est 5 euros en plus de la chambre voilà j’espère que mon avis vous sera utile 😊😊😊😊

L’appartement était vraiment très spacieux, avec tout le confort dont on a besoin. Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute de la moindre petite demande. Je recommande cet endroit.
