"Hotel felt old. It was similar to a motel in the US with room access from the outside. The pool and “spa” area was very small. The pictures made the pool look so big but in reality it was super small and dingy. Breakfast was really good though with a nice selection. "It was a typical European hotel room (small) but it was clean, and my room had a balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The restaurant across the street from the hotel "Brasserie Schwen" was recommended by the staff and it was absolutely amazing. The only con is they have no local parking. They recommend a parking garage that is a 6-minute walk from the hotel but it only charges 3 euro a day for parking."

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."

"The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The room was a little on the smaller side, but did not take away the charm of hotel. The staff were super accommodating for gluten free items which are a plus. The offsite parking was reasonable and a nice parking area. They did have a four space garage but required a tiny car."

"The hotel is excellent for anyone going to Europa park and rulantica, we did everything on public transport and walking, the bus stop is 1 minute walking from the hotel. The walk to the park entrance is about 20 minutes, when leaving the park we used the hotels exit in the Spanish area. Two supermarkets nearby with good bakeries for breakfast, the hotel offers a microwave in the reception. I just wish the room had a mini fridge"
