Nice hotel in Oberhaslach

I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. The room itself was nice. I booked the 4 person room for 2 people to have extra space and it was worth it. The regular rooms were standard European size, which is smaller than American hotel rooms. Note like other European hotels, it didn't look like there was air conditioning. This is common in European hotels. The room was very clean and the staff came to clean the room everyday. Also, to keep a quiet atmosphere for guests, you are not supposed to use the elevator after 10pm. The hotel has 3 floors so max it is 2 flights of stairs. As my room was near the elevator, I appreciated this. The parking is across the street and next to the hotel with easy access. I would stay here again if I visited Oberhaslach. I would reserve the bigger room again though to have extra space.

Une nuit un lundi soir, il vaut mieux prévoir son repas avant d'arriver. Le petit-déjeuner ne devait être servi qu'à compter de 08h00 (document dans la chambre). Surprise, il était prêt avant... Mais de fait, on l'apprend trop tard pour s'organiser. L'accueil ne devait ouvrir qu'à 7h30. Là aussi, bonne surprise, mais lorsqu'on est attendu à 08h00 à 20 mn de là, c'est compliqué de s'organiser. Peut-être faudrait-il mettre à jour la documentation à disposition dans les chambres. Hormis cela, l'établissement est très propre et calme. Un charme comme on n'en fait plus. En bref, dommage que je n'étais que de passage, j'aurais voulu profiter de l'hôtel comme il se doit.

Venu de Corse pour un mariage qui a été annulé pour raison médicale grave. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel nous ont soutenu et trouvé des solutions tout de suite. L'accueil a été extra. Confort propreté des chambres. Restaurant excellent.

Hôtel 2* propre et confortable. Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. La chambre a vécu (carrelage fissuré, légère odeur de vieux près des murs recouverts de tissu) mais aucun problème de sécurité, tout fonctionnait bien. Présence d'un petit coffre fort.
