Hotel itself was better than I expected and was better than many I have stayed in Europe. The environment outside was as expected considering that it is near the train station and beside a heavily used street. The room was clean and the staff was good.

Very convenient to walk to and from the Gare/train station. Area around Gare feels shady due to loiterers, especially in the evenings. Most everything that the hotel has control over was very good.

Good location. 7 minutes from station. Close to the centre. Suited our needs perfectly for a short stay of 2 nights. Had kitchen facilities such as microwave, cutlery, kettle, plates etc. Didn’t use the pool - as out most of the time. V clean. And fresh towels daily.

Short stay in Strasbourg

A very well appointed Aparthotel about 10 mins walk from the railway station. Same again to get to Little France (Old Town ). Breakfast was very good for 12E. Staff were friendly and very helpful, they recommended a good restaurant about 500 meters away and we were not disappointed. We only used the kitchen facilities to make tea, but it would have been useful for a longer stay. They provided a washing up kit at reception free of charge. The highlight of our stay was a visit to the European Parliament. Very impressive.

Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. The room itself was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette, bonus after travelling for weeks and having to buy food on the go. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The hotel was well positioned and within easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a supermarket and shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is also located minutes away from the train station, airport a couple of stops on the train. Plenty of buses and tram access on the doorstep. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I would not stay here again. The room was disgusting which stains on the floor and bed. The area felt unsafe. We saw drug users and prostitutes roaming the streets. As a city, I wouldn't go back either which is a shame.

Comfortable and well located.

Very nice apt-hotel; very clean with comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful. It is conveniently close (8 min) to the train station and 10-15 min walk downtown. Or one can take the # 2 streetcar which runs from downtown to the train station. Our apt overlooked a main street so there was car and streetcar noise at night. That is what ear plugs are for. One minor suggestion, cleaning staff should check between guests to make sure that there are full sets (in this case 2) of dishes. There was 2 of everything but 1 plate when we arrived.

Très bien accueillie a notre arrivé. Personnel de l'hôtel sympatique et lieu très propre. Excellent rapport qualité / prix, bien situé, a 5 minutes a pied de la gare (peu de stationnement et très cher), centre commercial, restaurant etc. Nous sommes très satisfait et nous le recommandons.

The hotel was ideally located. Close to the train station but easy walking distance to Petit France and the cathedral. We took a tram to the EU parliament and L’orangerie gardens and that was easy too.

Als Mama mit Grundschulkind ist das Hotel perfekt. Wir reisen mit der Bahn an, das Hotel ist fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Supermarkt um die Ecke, sowie Bäcker und alles was man braucht. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile im Zimmer. Alles ist ordentlich. Nur beim Geschirr könnte definitiv mehr vorhanden sein, der Geschirrspüler muss oft laufen, was nicht besonders umweltfreundlich ist. Aber auf Nachfrage ist das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die sind so herzlich, meine Tochter bastelt jedes Mal ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel.

Buon appartahotel, con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Un po’ piccolo il monolocale soprattutto con il divano letto aperto non c’era spazio per passare. Parcheggio a pagamento nel silos accanto, ma convenzionato con l’hotel. Tutto sommato consigliato.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to major attractions, this hotel offers easy access to the city. A shopping center with an Auchan supermarket is only 300 meters away, though the neighborhood can be a bit busy due to the station. The room was spacious for a double, with a wardrobe, TV, and small kitchenette equipped with basic cookware. However, the furniture felt dated, the carpet was not very hygienic, and cleaning was only done weekly for stays of 7+ nights. The biggest drawback was the bathroom layout: the toilet was in a separate, windowless room from the sink and shower—common in some French hotels, but inconvenient. Noise from the street was noticeable even on the 5th floor with windows closed. Facilities were disappointing: the pool was cold and the gym was closed due to all equipment being out of order. Breakfast was available for €12–15 per person, but seemed overpriced. While the rate booked a year in advance was fair, and the tourist tax totaled about €17, I wouldn’t stay again—mainly due to the bathroom design and the overall standard, which felt closer to 3 stars than the advertised 4.
