I chose this hotel for a last minute trip and couldn’t have been happier! The location is terrific. Close to everything without being loud or chaotic. Our room was clean and incredibly quiet which is a huge plus in NYC. Only wish they had a breakfast option but fortunately there are ample options close by. Highly recommend

Great location, great price for the neighborhood, building has seen better days, seems to be cobbled together with 4 tiny elevators. Room was better than expected: clean, spacious, nice bath, missing items like coffee maker and refrigerator/minibar. I was there 1 night. Perfect.

You can’t beat the location of this property! Unfortunately, whomever owns this place does see the value in keeping the property clean and updated. The rooms are dark, dingy and beat to hell. The staff don’t seem too willing to help make your stay comfortable as one must buy a cup of coffee in the lobby for $5 each morning. There is also a $45 a night “resort” fee which is absolutely ridiculous since this is more like a hostel. Very disappointing and couldn’t wait to leave!

The location is superb. The room was excellent, it had a separate living room with a sofa bed. The room did not have coffee maker, mini refrigerator and microwave. If these were there, it would have been perfect. The Internet is not unlimited, the free tier covers 14400 minute per day, additional speed and more Internet will cost some fees.

No breakfast served. There's an unappealing kiosk in the lobby but it was uninviting in my opinion plus super expensive. There's a coffee shop across the street (right after Michael's) that doesn't look fancy from the outside but their food is excellent. I had breakfast there for $6 which included coffee, Greek yogurt and an amazing banana nut muffin that was out of this world. The name is Certé...super good coffee too.

Location is fantastic for access to museums. Sink drained to the floor so you have to stand in a cold puddle. Shower pressure was very low on the 8th floor. Heat didn't seem to work very well. Otherwise, simple and clean (if a bit worn) and I would stay again if those items could be fixed.

The hotel location is the best, half block walking From the 5th avenue, dos blocks From central park. Abel at the front desk was really kind, great Service. The room is small but cozy and really clean. We’ll stay here again for sure.
