"Perfect place to stay in San Francisco. The area is very walkable with the Alamo Square Park right up the street, and Hayes Valley down the street with a quaint community to shop and dine. Staff greeted us immediately and was very helpful in getting us settled in to the room. Room was very clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and coffee maker. The lobby area is a shared space which can be utilized from 9am to 5pm. Much more intimate than a sterile hotel in mid-city. Highly recommend."

"Just had a lovely one-night stay at the Parker Guest House in San Francisco, conveniently located just one block from Dolores Park. The innkeepers are wonderful and friendly, the room was comfortable and the bed and linens luxurious. The continental breakfast offered in the morning was plentiful and varied and delicious (and they were cool with me taking another breakfast to go for my plane ride back to the East Coast)! I didn't get a chance to sit in the beautiful garden or partake of their wine in the late afternoon or brandy anytime in their living room with the fireplace. I'll just have to do that on a return stay! "
