We loved the location of this property. Close to everything we wanted to do. Our only complaint is the room was very warm and took a long time to cool off. The AC was not very strong, could not lower temp (locked out), and windows are secured to only open a few inches. Would consider staying here in the cooler months.

This is by far an amazing hotel even if you are on a budget. For the price you get a lovely room Within walking distance to and from an amazing area that is fun and has the best drinks all within walking distance

Great location and friendly staff

The hotel it self is a solid place to stay. It’s in the Castro district along market street about 2 blocks to Castro street night life. My only suggestion is avoiding the confusion with the website and the property. My reservation said paid in my hotels.com account but the hotel had me pay there because my card had not been charged.
