However once I’d got used to the environment I adapted and enjoyed my stay. The man on reception was very polite and helpful. I also felt completely safe."

"The room was small and not that comfortable. Location was very average compared to the rest of the area. But the worst part was that the lobby actually caught on fire - fire department called, alarms going off, smoke in the hallways - and not one employee tried to help people with their bags or give anyone direction on where to go or what was going on. I ordered a beer that I was going to drink outside because the lobby was smoky and the bartender didn't even offer to comp the beer while the hotel was on fire. Won't be back."
