"The propriety was tidy and very cute. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Parking was easy to find on the street, even though there is a designated parking spot. Host responded quickly to all questions. Highly recommend!!:)"

"Great little studio with all the amenities you would need. So close to restaurants and shops. My only negative is that you only get one "key" to get into the building. It was super inconvenient a few times this stay as my husband and I were on different schedules. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. "

"Honestly.... I needed an escape and I was so very lucky and happy to have found this amazing place.Not only did the host handle me and answer all of my questions and be extremely polite!!!!!!!!..... They also wished me a happy birthday for my birthday. I've been dealing with a lot of depression and overall stress from work as of late and I just wanted an escape and I was in Paradise for a whole night! Fully stocked kitchen with any equipment you need to cook I made a fantastic meal and made sure to clean up after myself!!!...Thank you so much most definitely plan on renting again before the end of October!!!! And obviously in the future and will be recommending all of my family members and Friends. When it comes right down to it I don't like leaving reviews but I'm taking time out to leave this one it was most definitely worth it I recommend everyone give them a chance!!!!!!!!!!. And the hot tub was amazing !!!! Relaxed me all night thank you so much ."

"For a hotel next to the freeway, it’s very good. Half the rooms have a view of the Berkeley hills, where you can make out the UC Berkeley bell tower (campanile). These rooms are away from the freeway. The San Francisco Bay view is great; you can see the bay bridge, the skyline of San Francisco behind it, the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. In addition to having a spacious upstairs flat at my disposal I needed a full kitchen to be able to do some cooking while I was there. The interior decor was tasteful and there was a good selection of books to expand my reading options. Location was super convenient for visiting Berkeley and Oakland and I-80 is right there for easy access to SF / West Bay or anywhere else in the Bay Area. The local neighborhood was low key and relatively quiet. I would definitely be happy to stay here again on a future visit. "
