"Didn't really know what to expect when booking a "cabin" in Amsterdam. As it turned out it was a great choice. The cabin is effectively a large capsule. Just enough room for a double bed coat hooks and a shelf. There's a small safe as well. The shared toilets and showers (2 of each between 6 cabins) were clean and tidy. The cabin itself was pleasant in a sort of premium IKEA way. It depends on the occupants of the other 5 cabins I guess but I found my 2 nights very quiet and comfortable. The...

"Go to the hotel early 9AM check in was at 3pm. Had to wait which was totally understandable. Room was immaculate, super clean. No dental pack in the room had to call front desk to inquire. "Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing! The only thing to keep in mind that rooms don't have fridges, but it could be requested for an additional cost. Location is easy to get around. Overall, if you're looking on budget accommodation, New West Inn will be a great choice. "

"Staff were Wonderful very courteous and hospitable shout out to Dania. place was updated looks great. My Complaint on this hotel is that they water pressure in the shower was weak and the AC was limited to a certain Temp. and you can only adjust it 2 degrees up or down. A bit of a walk going to the tram station. breakfast was Ok. but the Staff who makes this hotel Great. Kudos to Your Staff. and they are part of Marriot Bonvoy Family now."
