"My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. "

"I’m a disabled veteran that checked in with a service animal. No children. No rogue artists. But when I checked out they charged my credit card again. When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. They told me to talk to the general manager but she wasn’t there. "
