Great place to stay

As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best kept hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did have to wait for the front desk attendant as he was doing laundry but he was super nice and apologized for the wait.

Was very nice and clean. We were very appreciative they let us check in early as we came for a concert and it’d be inconvenient to have to do that after. Cons: But I think they should plan for that in advance when big events are in town. Also the price was too high/expensive for 2nights. Esp with no free continental breakfast, pool, hot tub. And we have stayed at other places that were just as nice, and not this price for 2 nights.

Location was great since it was close to the interstate and we arrived late and had to leave early the next morning. It was disappointing that there was no continental breakfast and the coffee in the "snack area" tasted as if it had been there all night.

Loved the recliner and kitchenette

My husband had outpatient surgery but we live 2 hours away from the hospital. We also required a recliner due to his neck brace. The room was more than we'd expected. It was set up like a small efficiency apartment. Kitchenette. Eat at bar with an extra chair. Some kitchen supplies. Proper kitchen cleaning supplies. An ice maker in the freezer. The bathroom was roomie and had very good water pressure. The bed was adequate. The recliner was very comfortable according to my husband who spend 15 hours in it, lol. Parking is small but well lit. Due to the current labor problems, the morning staffing was limited. The evening and overnight staff was always available. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Sioux Falls.

There was a dvd player in the room, which didn't work when my son tried it. My husband checked and it wasn't even plugged in; the cords didn't even reach. When we called down to the desk, we were told, "if it doesn't work, it doesn't work." It was impossible to get in and out of the bed on my side because the bed was pushed up against the heating unit. I had to crawl up from the foot of the bed. We have stayed here before and liked it, but this stay was less than impressive.
