We have had better stays here in the past. The noise outside the room kept us awake and woke us up early. The bed was quite uncomfortable as well. We love having the restaurant and also the Starbucks in the building so that is a draw. Please replace the mattresses!

Great location along the River walk and downtown. Unfortunate under construction so there is no lobby and just a single person with one computer working at the “front” desk. Only 1 elevator working, which wasn’t an issue for us but a busier time would have made this a pain. But staff friendly and making the best of the situation. Will still return and look forward to the new hotel
