The staff was friendly and helpful. The area near the hotel seemed like a safe environment. There were plenty of businesses around to get whatever you needed. It was definitely no frills and needed some updating. All in all, for $90 a night for a weekend, it was a pleasant experience.

This is an older hotel but was very clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Check in and check out was quick. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. It was very quiet. Next to a residential area and close to a medical facility as well as tourist attractions such as Old Courthouse Museum, Pettigrew House and the beautiful falls. Breakfast was typical simple breakfast but area was clean. Room had a refrigerator. Great value and would stay here again.

After a long day of travel, this was a clean hotel with good customer service. The room offered a firm mattress and hot shower which is all I require. Sioux Falls itself has a lot to offer. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and parks. Check out The Falls and downtown.
