Would have been nice to know before booking half of the water park (pirate ship area) was closed down. The hallway floors were dirty the entire stay, even housekeeping walked right past crumbs all over the floor. Front desk staff was very pleasant & friendly.

Water park says it all. The young kids enjoyed the multiple water slides. But that was a trade-off as the atrium area seemed humid, the beds felt damp, there is no free breakfast or coffee. We came to town see family and so requiring wristbands for the water park Limited our use. Also the hotel seemed far from everything like the mall Walmart.

We stayed here twice in the last week. The pool area was great for kids. The room was not the dirtiest room I’ve stayed in. But also not the cleanest. One of our rooms the air conditioner was leaking, so the floor was soaked in front of that. The other room the toilet paper roll holder had been broken, and the hole was covered where it broke from the wall, but the other side of the holder was still in the wall, so it was just dangling there. If you’re looking for comfort and cleanliness, I would choose somewhere to else. If you’re looking for something to keep your kids occupied, this isn’t terrible.
