I came back to shower in the afternoon and there was no hot water.
They have promised me 25% refund on my room and need Expedia to contact the Ramada hotel in order to process the refund.

"The staff was outstanding and helpful. I had a marathon race on Sunday and the manager let us keep the room until 1 so I could shower afterwards. She was so kind and sweet and truly treated us well. We will stay here again."
"Upon arrival, our pre- reservation check-in was very pleasant. Receptionist was very friendly, thorough, helpful, and with other quesions we had pertaining to the area.
